How to clear your sinuses?

You may be getting a sinus infection. A steroidal nasal spray like Nasonex (requires prescription) can help clear up the inflammation in the sinuses. Over the counter Afrin may also help but should not be used for more than 2 days. I really like nasal irrigators like Grossman's nasal irrigator tip. It bathes your sinuses in warm saline water. Feels good. Your sinus problem may also clear up by itself.
