Ya u need a period same time every month to even find out wen u ovulate the easiest way to no wen to have sex is to take ur temp everyday the days its a little higher have sex also if u put a finger in u and u can't feel ur cervix or something that feels like a noises its hard or soft than have sex if u can feel it ur not ovulating I did this with my second baby and I found out its alot better to do than to use thoses online tests to calculate ur ovulation days it look two months to do I was prago right away I used the ovulation tests online with my son it took eight months to do so I think it will work but ur all over the place u may need a fertility doctor to test u for things ok good luck
