Sending a lemon pound cake to GA from CT...?

I have shipped cakes over to Iraq via Priority Mail. I would asuggest you might want to consider NOT glazing it or freezing it, since it is very hot out now, and a couple of days in the mail...that thing is going to get funky and possibly moldy. (Too much condensation from the freezer as it thaws.) They do make freezer bags that you can mail in. Not sure you could find one on time. In any case, I would make sure you wrap it first in cling wrap, then put it in an airtight container before sending.
