11 dpo and BFN's...any shed some light?

Me and my partner have been TTC for what seems like forever.12 months! I ovulated on the 20th blood test proved this is correct. I'm 11 dpo today, My boobs started hurting badly today. I have had a fair amount of lotion/ snotty CM which start at 9 dpo. My temp has been 36.9-37.1 which is high for me, but all my test come back NEGATIVE what should i do? if AF shows up i don't know how I'm going to cope.
