What should I do? Do they hate me?

I try very hard. My patens make me work my *** off at home AND at school. And they act like they hate me. My dad always says im not a princess and my mom says I'm snotty and once she said she hated me. They both tell me to shut up and act like they favor my younger sisters. I don't know what to please help :(
