Why does my cat's anus smell like almond butter, lemons and doo doo?

When I am in bed trying to read, my cat will jump on to my magazine or book and put her butt in my face. It usually smells like old books and lady farts. Recently, it smells like almond butter, lemons, and feces all mixed together. I have not changed her diet. What is up with that?
