Are guys turned off by this kind of attitude?

I know of this girl who is the type to say mean things about random girls as they walk by. One day she called this girl ugly and her friend told her that she thought that was rude of her. Her response was "So? I don't care". She's the type of person who always has a snotty look on her face and she hates people she doesn't even know. How do guys feel about girls like that?
