I'm really considering doing the lemon juice detox diet, just wondering about basically what to do, how to make it, what it's like, how much you loose, how long to do it for etc, i don't want anyone saying 'oh don't do it it's bad' i've literally tried everything else, i just want to get a head start then i'll carry on by doing it healthier, i know i'll put it back on whatever, thanks in advance anyway.
