How to deal with this racist remark?

Honey I know what you mean because I'm a Tennessee lady. I don't like hillbilly jokes and don't know why people want to email them to me. I get a lot less of them than I used to because the word has gotten around that unless you're a hillbilly yourself don't tell me a joke. Some people are just tactless and this person sounds like one.
